24 HOUR HEALTH & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
The health and safety of our animals is our #1 priority, so each shipment is carefully planned in advance and packaged in an insulated box prior to deployment from the Gecko Barracks.
At the Gecko Barracks we offer a 100% Live Arrival GUARANTEE on all geckos purchased and deployed in the U.S. Live arrival can only be 100% guaranteed when the geckos are shipped between 35°F (overnight low) and 85°F (daytime high), so we will not ship any orders until those conditions are met. If a shipment has to be held due to weather restrictions, we will hold your purchase(s) free of charge.
We also offer a 24 Hour Health Guarantee from the minute your shipment arrives, under the condition that adequate housing conditions are met. In the event of a casualty, we will provide you with an appropriate replacement or issue you a full refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 minutes of arrival, notify us of any health concerns within the 24-hour period, and provide adequate proof of illness or deceasement.
Due to the nature of shipping overseas, exports are NOT covered under our 24-Health and Live Arrival Guarantee at this time.

Shipping Policy
U.S. & OVERSEAS DEPLOYMENTS
All U.S. deployments purchased at the Gecko Barracks are packaged in an insulated box and shipped Monday-Wednesday with Priority Overnight via Reptiles2You, an authorized FedEx reseller approved to ship live reptiles and amphibians. Priority Overnight offers next business day delivery by 10:30AM to most U.S. addresses and 5:00PM delivery to remote areas. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure someone is present at the ship-to address upon arrival. All overseas deployments are shipped by our reliable third-party, and it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the import of their animal(s). Gecko Barracks is only responsible for safe delivery to the exporter.
As mentioned above, we offer a 24-Hour Health and Live Arrival Guarantee on all U.S. deployments. Live Arrival can only be 100% guaranteed when animals are shipped between 35°F (overnight low) and 85°F (daytime high), so for this reason, we will not ship any orders until those conditions are met. If a shipment has to be held due to weather restrictions, we will hold your purchase(s) free of charge. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the safety of our animals!
Please note: Animal shipments do NOT ship automatically and must be scheduled. Please contact us as soon as possible after completing your purchase to schedule deployment.
REFUND Policy
LIVE ANIMALS & MERCHANDISE
To ensure accurate representation of our animals, we do not digitally alter any photos or videos listed in the online shop. If a gecko is not quite what you were looking for, we do not offer refunds, so we strongly encourage you to request more photos or videos before completing your purchase. Should you wish to return a gecko to us for any reason, we will gladly accept your return, but we will not issue you a refund for your original purchase.
To avoid impeding customers' decisions, all sales are final. If a gecko can not ship due to weather, we do not issue refunds. If you receive defective merchandise in a different color/size than what is indicated on your order, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
