What are crested geckos?The Correlophus Ciliatus, also known as the Crested Gecko or Eyelash Gecko, is a species of gecko native to southern New Caledonia. The species was thought to be extinct until it was rediscovered in 1994.

What are leachies?The Rhacodactylus Leachianus, also known as Leachianus or just Leachie, is a large species of gecko native to southern and eastern New Caledonia. Leachies are the largest living geckos in the world.

Is this gecko for sale?All geckos for sale will be individually photographed and listed in our online shop. If a gecko is not listed, it is not available for purchase.

Is this gecko still available?To avoid impeding customers' decisions, all sales are final. If a gecko is no longer listed in our online shop, it is not available to purchase.

Do you offer payment plans?Typically, we do not accept deposits or offer payment plans. However, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis.

When will my order ship?Animal shipments do NOT ship automatically and must be scheduled. After completing your purchase, you must contact us to schedule deployment. For more information about our policies and procedures for shipping live animals, please visit our Terms of Service page. All merchandise orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Thanks for your support!

How do you transport and ship live animals?The safety of our animals is our #1 priority, so each shipment is carefully planned in advance and packaged in an insulated box prior to deployment. All animals purchased from the Gecko Barracks are then shipped via Reptiles2You, an authorized FedEx reseller approved to ship live reptiles and amphibians. What if i'm not available for a gecko's arrival?The safety of our animals is our #1 priority, which is why each shipment is carefully planned in advance prior to deployment. Per our shipping policy, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure someone is present at the ship-to address upon arrival. For complete details about our policies and procedures, please visit the Terms of Service page. If you can not guarantee that you will be available for the arrival of your animal(s), please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We understand that sometimes things may happen that are beyond your control, so we will do our best to help make other arrangements. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the safety of our animals!

Do you ship live animals internationally?Yes, but it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the import of their animal(s) with a licensed animal exporter. Gecko Barracks is only responsible for the safe delivery to the exporter. For more information, please review our Terms of Service page or contact us directly.

What is your refund/return policy?To avoid imepeding customers' decisions, all sales are final. If a gecko is not quite what you were looking for, we do not offer refunds, so we strongly encourage you to request more photos or videos before completing your purchase. Should you wish to return a gecko to us for any reason, we will gladly accept your return, but we will not issue you a refund for your original purchase.
